The parents of missing Alabama teen Natalee Holloway have sued one of the teenagers police questioned in the case. Holloway was last reported seen leaving a bar on the resort island with Joran Van der Sloot. The parents accuse him of "malicious, wanton and willful disregard of the rights, safety and well-being"of their daughter.
